What Causes Tingling Sensation And Numbness In Toes After An Insect Bite?

I got stung by a Bee about 2 weeks ago as I stepped on one barefoot, was red end itchy as one might expect from a bee sting, however, starting the last 2 days or so I have a pins and needles on the top of my foot and my shin/leg, its a really funny sensation as I seldom cant feel when I step, Its not that I cant walk I just don t feel every step and cant even feel my toes when wiggling them against one another.... Any input on this would be really appreciated.

Hello,
Thanks for your query on HealthcareMagic.
I carefully read your problem and able to find out your point of concern.

I think this sensation due to-
remaining of bee string inside the wound, or
hardness of the wound.

With a sterile needle you can try to remove it if there is the possibility of bee string inside.
Other than you can go to a dermatologist who can help you to remove it or if it is due to hardness you can get treatment from him.

I think it will help you.
Wish your good health.
Regards
Dr. Atiqul
