What Causes Tingling On The Tip Of Penis Along With Clear Discharge?

About 2 weeks ago I received unprotected oral sex on my penis from a gay male. It was for no more than 1 minute and no ejaculation occurred. About 2 weeks later I noticed a slight tingling on the tip of my penis and clear discharge after urination and ejaculation. Could this possibly be an STD?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
After going through your description, it appears that you might have contacted with urinary tract infection. It would be better to rule out HIV infection in your case.
Kindly get the following tests done.
1. Screening and confirmatory test for HIV.
2. Urine routine examination.
3. Urine culture and sensitivity test.
In case the report indicates infection, you need to take a course of antibiotics for which the organisms are sensitive to to overcome the infection. Kindly consult Urologist for appropriate management.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
