General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

According to your husband's history, I suggest this is a nervous disorder. Tingling face is a result of nerve dysfunction or any injury to the face or exposure to extreme temperatures. Alternatively, a tingling face may be caused by neuropathy, a disorder in which the nerves that relay signals between the body and the brain do not function properly. A leaky bladder further strengthens my suggestion. A proper CNS examination is required. Please do consult a neuro-physician.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Muhammad Bilal Khan, General & Family Physician
