Hi
Welcome to healhcaremagic
After going through your query I concluded that your son may be having cold sensitivity due cold. Due to cold vessels get contracted leading to circulatory disturbancing which further leads to tingling and numbness. Treatment of it is avoiding cold and protecting himself from cold vitamin C and Mecobalamine may be of help. You can discuss with your Doctor about it. Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then please don't hesitate to write to us. I will be happy to help you.
Wishing you a good health. Take care.
