Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I am a 60 year old female. Excellent health. Exercise daily. Good weight. My hands tingle at times, and my hands are colder than usual. I recently stubbed my toe, it was very painful for a week, but now it seem to be getting better. I iced it daily and the bruising is going away. I was wondering if I have created another problem because I have been limping and compensating for the pain when I wear a shoe. I have no other symptoms.
