What Causes Tightness On Chest And Irregular Heart Beats?

Hi I have recently been experiencing tight chest, irregular heart beat, and sometime shortness of breath when just walking. I am an 18yr old male 195, 5 11 . I also have recently entered college and I have always had restlessness (pacing, violent leg shaking, constant tapping, mindless whistling and humming). I saw that these are common signs of anxiety but I don t consider myself to have anxiety. However recently this tight chest has had me worried. What should I do?
