What Causes Tightness In Throat While Yawning?

hey i have a pain like tightness in my throat and cant yawn properly i had that for ages like over 2 years and now i got a very tense feeling like my brain feels heavy and i cant hardly yawn anymore and cause i cant yawn it makes everything from my brain down to my nose and throat really tight and cant yawn anymore its scarring me out i had blood test but they came back clear

You are probably having gastric acid reflux disease. Please tell me do you have any history of regurgitation or burning sensation in the throat or indigestion?
