im cheryl, 46 years of age, approx. 5 7 130 lbs. Recently, I have been massaging my shoulders and neck with pain creams and learning to walk properly; with proper shoes and learning how to relax while walking. I also practice to stand and sit properly with breathing practises. Just yesterday, I am experiencing a tightness in throat and sore muscles in the chest; all along with pains on the sides of my cheeks; just under the ear lobes. It doesn t hurt when I eat or swallow. I have had severe TMJ problems with the pains in the face; under the ears. I have always had a hard time opening up my mouth wide; like for the dentist. I recently started stretching and exercising because of very poor posture due to heavy lifting and breathing incorrectly because of stresses over the long years. I ice and heat my back; stretch and try to walk properly along with proper breathing and massage. I do believe the pain along the throat(feels like tightness like muscles tightness)could be because of chest and back out of alignment; due to poor posture. I should also mention; I lost 30lbs within this past year, could this also cause any problems with sore muscles, because of overstressed mucsles. I also should mention; my last menstraul cycle was approx a couple of yrs ago.
