What Causes Tightness In The Throat And Tiredness In An Elderly Person?

I am a 51 year old female. Experiencing tightness in throat, tiredness where I can fall asleep at the drop of a hat. Symptoms are worse at night when I am home. Hoarse voice, feel like I have a lump in my throat. Had a needle aspiration biopsy done on a nodule in my right thyroid gland. If the biopsy shows no cancer, the nodule is too small to remove. Thyroid levels are normal.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
