General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Such type of symptoms can occur due to a problem in hip joints and the other symptoms secondary to this as you have mentioned above.
Hence I would advise you the following:
Consult your Doctor for clinical examination and necessary investigations like MRI of HIP and Spine which can include pelvis studies.
All these will lead to a proper diagnosis.
Relevant tests of blood, urine and stool can help to correlate.
Till then take rest, do not strain on anything that is already causing symptoms.
Take an anti-inflammatory like Ibuprofen if it suits you.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T Chandrakant, General Surgeon
