What Causes Tightness In The Chest While Having COPD?

my father has copd what does it mean when he has signs and symptoms that calmly excelerate consisting of shortness of breath, feelings of a belt being tightened over his chest, can not take in enough air capacity, 0xygen level in the low eighties yesterday but stays in low ninties most of the time but highest reached yesterday 92%. is this a symptom of the copd flaring up? or is he having a panic attacks states he was sedentary with every episode. hi, due to bronchospasm pt cannot take enough oxygen so this symptom is occur . so give broncho dilator with pump / in tablet form lke salbutamol [4mg] .tell him to do yoga which is benefical. thanks. regards.
