What Causes Tightness In The Calves While Treating Stage-4 Merkel Cell Carcinoma?
hey, My dad has Stage 4 Merkel Cell Carcinoma and he recently starting using Pembro as an immunlogy treatment. He was doing SO WELL. Unbelievably well! but then two days ago ( a week after his second treatment his strength has GONE.) his calves are tight and he is having trouble walking, and he has really puffy eyes. Is this usual?

Consult a physician and get evaluated. A Doppler scan is required to rule out possible conditions like a blood clot or DVT.
As of now, you can use compression stockings for symptomatic relief.
