What Causes Tightness In Opening Of Penis Foreskin?

Hi, for a few months now my foreskin has become tight at the top of the foreskin but remains very loose as it used to be else where. It won t retract over the head of my penis and I seem to have what looks like white clusters appear? What can I do to get it back to how it was. I have been cleaning it with cotton buds as that s all I can do now

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Tightness of foreskin of penis could be caused due to lack of lubrication and dryness causing underneath the skin.
Kindly take the following measures to overcome it.
1. Wash the underneath of skin with warm water and mild antiseptic solution like Savlon twice daily.
2. After drying, use Hydrocortisone cream over it.
3. Apply moisturizer lotion at bedtime.
Abstain from sexual activities for a week.
In case the tightness still persist, you have to undergo circumcision operation, otherwise you may land up in phimosis. Kindly consult Surgeon for management of the same.
