What Causes Tightness In Chest With Severe Back Ache?
I woke on wed with a tightness in my chest and then later that day my back started hurting pretty bad woke on Thursday to still find my back hurting on left side like up in my shoulder blade and it has hurt all day have any ideas of what this can be. I can not hardly bend down to pick anything up it hurts so bad.

Such condition could be due to muscular spasm and most probable cause could be poor posture in bed while sleeping
Advise:
Try to maintain good posture, have hot shower
Medication:
Tab Chlorzoxazone with Diclofenac twice in day
