What Causes Tightness In Chest During Pregnancy?

Hi i am 38 weeks and 5 days pregnant and am having a lot of tightness in my chest on the left side along with a shooting head ache and keep feeling like Im loosing my breath. Also since this started iv felt the baby franticly moving.. I Dont know what this is?

Hi..if I would be your doctor then would advise you to go to emergency room immediately. Because it may be;
1.onset of labour..
2.pregnancy induced hypertension.
3.heart related problems.
