hi for first time in 30 years my foreskin became tight and I have no idea why, no sex for years.. I left it like that (did not hurt to pee). I could pull back the foreskin but it was very hard and I would then have small tears from pulling it back. So for the next 5 months I would sit to pee because I didn't want to pull back the foreskin and pee would spray everywhere if I stood to pee so I just sat like a girl. When I was done peeing I just pulled up underwear and sure there was some drops of pee under the foreskin but I thought its Ok because I heard pee is sterile and kills bacteria. I do drink lots of sugar soda. Now 5 months after the random tightening, I got white stuff stuck all over under my foreskin. I looked at pics on google and other guys had the same look on their penis and said it was male yeast nfection. I got a natural gel from amazon to clear up balanitis, put it on 1 day ago, and now the foreskin will not gi back at all, can barely see the pee hole. And now it STINGS so bad to pee when the pee touches my foreskin since I can't pul it back. It does not hurt to pee if the foreskin is back (I last had it back 2 days ago) because the pee never touches the foreskin. I think it's the cuts and yeast UNDER the foreskin that stings so BAD (I screamed out the little pee earlier) but I can't apply any cream in those places because I can't get the foreskin back. I stopped drinking anything. If I could get the foreskin back then I would drink again because the pee stream would not touch my foreskin. Never had any problem with my penis and foreskin my whole life and I am over 30. My foreskin is swollen and hurts to even touch, even moving around hurts as the foreskin will bump or rub on clothes. Just laying there still, it stings under the foreskin, maybe my unable to clean underneath I making things worse, the monistat cream cant reach the yeast under the foreskin around the helmet either. what can I do? please help. I know doctors in the UK and australia know lots of solutions since they don't circumcise there like they do in the USA and muslim countries. is there a pill I can take that will the yeast under the foreskin and let me foreskin soften so I can retract it? I need a pill since no creams can get to the problem area since I cant pull back the foreskin. thanks very much for your advice.
