I have tightness under my breast and ribcage like a tight belt and shortness of breath and chronic fatigue. All of these things started after treatment for uterine cancer. I had a total hysterectomy plus 6 rounds of chemo and radiation.I take no medication

Hello!

Thank you for the query.

The first thing you should do, is to have a chest CT. As you are a cancer patient, lungs metastases are the first things to be ruled out. Secondly you need to consult pulumunologist and have a spirometry done as asthma can be the case as well.
If you feel also tired, heart condition (post chemotherapy) should be checked by a cardiologist.

Hope this helps.
Regards.
