What Causes Tight Sensation In The Throat Along With Headaches?
I have had a feeling of a very dry respiratory tract, along with a feeling of tightness in my throat. I have sinus headaches to boot. The symptoms first came on in September and slowly lessend as the weather turned cold. As the temperature rises the symptoms seem to be getting more severe.

What respiratory symptoms you are experiencing needs supportive care along with certain medications.
You need to take a course of antibiotics for sinus infection.
Along with it, you need to take anti-allergic medication containing Levocetirizine and Montelukast once a day during the winter months.
Kindly do salt water gargling with warm water thrice daily. Also take steam inhalation twice daily. Avoid intake of cold items like cool drinks and ice-cream.
