General & Family Physician 's  Response
Welcome to HCM
This is Dr Amit. According to me the pain is related with cardiac problem as the nature of pain is throbbing sharp and shifting upwards and you are already having the significant cardiac history. So i will advice you to do electrocardiogram (ECG), 2 D Echo and cardiac biomarkers like CKMB and Troponin and take the advise from cardiologist as early as possible.
Feel free to ask if you have any other query
