What Causes Throbbing Sharp Pain In The Arms, Wrist And Elbow With Sever Headache?

I am a 23 year old female who has been getting a throbbing sharp pain in my lower left arm between the wrist and elbow but closer to the elbow, it started out of nowhere, I haven t hit it, but I ve also had an unbearable headache along with it today, I don t know if they have anything to do with each other though, just seeing if I can get some answers

As you mentioned that there is pain ( throbbing ) in the forearm left side , there is also pain in head .
The possibilities may be .
1 Osteomylitis , sometimes infection in the bone may causes such type of pain both in forearm bone and also pain in head . Diagnosis can be confirmed by C T scan of bone ( affected part).
2 Deficiency of calcium may be the next reason ,so get in blood for calcium examination.
3 Condritis may be the next reason of such pain so get in X RAY of affected part.
In my opinion first of all take aceclofenac or diclofenac tablet 1-2 days.
If complete relief forget , if pain still persists after these drugs , consult an orthopedic surgeon and get his opinion.
