What Causes Throbbing Sensation On Lower Left Abdomen,nausea And Diarrhea?

Hello. For fhe past couple (1-2) days I ve been experiencing lower left throbbing. Not a lot of pain. I m eating just fine. No nausea. No diarrhea. It started (4-5 days ago) with an uncomfortable mild pressure on my upper left side, under my arm pit. It feels like I strained something. I eat healthy. I m a social drinker. I m active. It takes some time for me to sleep. Any suggestions?

I really appreciate your concern, dyspepsia could be the cause and it could be self limiting just wait for some time and it will be okay and if this is the infection condition then you would likely to have more diarrhea with abdominal pain and vomiting then you may need antibiotic and best would be "Tab Ofloxacin 400 mg" twice in day for four days, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
