What Causes Throbbing Headaches Above The Eye?

On the left of my head, just above my left eye and towards my left ear i have been having alot of pain. Sometimes it throbs off and on and i was woken early hours of Saturday morning with the most unbearable headache i have ever experienced and im so frightened to go to the doctor because of what he might say. I do suffer with headaches alot but not like the one i just experienced and i have not had a headache from early Saturday morning but i can feel a slight pulsating and throbbing feeling. Do you think this is anything to do with a brain tumor? Id be so grateful for some help and advice. Thank you

I have understand your concern

first of all don't worry

most probable reason for your headache is migraine because it is throbbing and pulsatile in one side
you may have associated symptoms like nausea,vomiting and visual blurring

but if you are getting always same side we have to go for imaging like CT or MRI to ruleout any intracranial mass

now I can suggest you to take
tab.naxdom 500 twice daily
