Hello,

You are experiencing throbbing feeling in the stomach, headache and lower back pain. Your symptoms may be indicative of gas / acid reflux, gastroenteritis, IBS, abdominal spasm, dehydration, muscle strain, etc. You are suggested to take adequate water and fluids, that will help to get relief from dehydration and headache. Take PPI, proton pump inhibitors, one SOS when pain to help reduce symptoms due to acidity / gastritis. Take rest, if needed you can take Spasmol (spasmoproxyvon), one stat when needed. It will help to reduce abdominal spasms.

Take liquid food or semi solid food for at least 3-5 days so that its easier for the stomach to digest food. Avoid taking fried and oily food, take boiled and bland food. Stay away from addictions if any. Do not skip meals, avoid sedentary lifestyle. Take adequate sleep. You will start feeling better but get physically examined by a GP, to rule out serious problems like ulcer, appendicitis, liver problems, etc. this is to stay on the safer side.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
