ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi , as per your clinical history it appears as you are having acute pharyngitis with reffer ear pain.

Start antiseptic mouthwash , Plenty of fluids , Antibiotic azithromycin , Paracetemol + Ibuprofen combination , Antihistaminic levocetirizine + Montelukast , Vit C for 5 days.

Hope this information helpful to you, take care and have a nice day.
