What Causes Throat Pain After Kissing A Person?
I am 83 years old.. I barely kissed a lady on the mouth. The next morning about three am my throut starting hurting. I gargled with salt water and that helped it until this morning 1 day later. I never go any where with anybody and I hardly ever get sick. Could I have gotten strep throut that fast. ?

Disease causing organisms are known to get transmitted through contact,in your case could be virus that may cause infectious mononucleosus also called as kissing cousins disease.Strep throat infection is unlikely..
