Could be blood from hemorrhoids in stool. Every person has hemorrhoids and sometimes they flare up, especially in the setting of constipation/hard stools or diarrhea. To help avoid aggravating them, drink plenty of fluids and increase fiber intake (vegetables and fruits). If it continues or worsens you can consider having a colonoscopy to evaluate.
