What Causes The Presence Of Morphine In The Drug Screen Test?

I recently had a drug screen from my pain management dr , an morphine an dolotta showed up in the test. I have not taken these medicines could anything im precribed be coming up in this catagory?. Lidocaine patches,a topical cream , that reads ketamine/Gabapentin/CLONIDINE/PRILOCAINE/BALCOFEN/DICLOFENAC., muscle relaxers..tizanidine., im also on Percocet, clonazepam, abilify... these are my precriptions... and i take nothing else , how am i geting other things in my drug screen? I cannot lose my pain management..its the only way i get by an am able to walk . Im just so confused on the results in that test , and i dont know who. To ask about this .. can you help me any ? Please...
