What Causes The Inability To Move Eye Towards The Left?

Hello sir, My left eye is not moving in left side i consult the neurologist he gave me Tab surbex xt . then i got a dual vision to that eye .Is that any hope to my eye will move? pls give me rpy sir .I am 22 years old . and this problem is not from i was born .

Double vision is not due to the tablets..It's just a multivitamin..
Do you have any other symptoms like headache?
Regarding your eye you need a complete evaluation..
Double vision is also due the the non- movement of your eye..
Don't worry..
Consult an ophthalmologist for evaluation..
