What Causes The Inability To Control My Arm Movements?
On a random, although not infrequent basis, if I lift my right arm above my head my right arm starts to jerk and I lose the ability to control my arms movements. It sometimes spreads to weakness in my right leg. I often get dizzy when standing up from a sitting position. Any ideas?
