What Causes The Feeling Of Smelling Ammonia With Nausea?

I have been smelling ammonia lately, and for the past two days have also been feeling nauseated, especially at night. I am pretty sedentary during the week (I work as a paralegal) but do get a walk to and from the bus each day. Hardly a marathon runner.
