What Causes The Feeling Of Food Struck In Throat Along With Severe Cough?

im 21 years old, have never smoked, a purely social drinker and only for the past 6 months. Ive been having weird sleeping sounds, when i eat i feel like my food is stuck, i feel like my chest burns, and im coughing a lot. Also when i cough when brushing my teeth, the tiniest bit of brownish reddish blood comes out. Is it possible that i have throat cancer??? can i have it without a cause? please helo and thank you verya much

Hello

Your symptoms may suggest reflux/GERD or PND(Post nasal drip).
Throat cancer is unlikely in your age.

You may need clinical ENT examination and few more investigations like routine hemogram,random blood sugar,ultrasound of abdomen,upper GI endoscopy.

I suggest to take tablet pantoprazole 40 mg and domperidone 10 mg once daily half hour before food for six weeks.
You may also need anti-histaminics like tablet levocetrizine.
Further requirement of medicines depend upon evaluation.
