Hi. I have just woken up from an average 9 hours long sleep. When I looked in the mirror I noticed that my right eyelid was slightly droopy. I have never had any eye conditions, and my previous day although very tiring, was generally unexceptional. Recently I have begun using a different type of contact cleaning solution; is this droopy eyelid perhaps an allergic reaction to this solution? I used the solution for both my eyes, yet only in the right one have I this droopiness.
Hi Allergic reaction may sometimes be unilateral also. Mild drooping may be because of some swelling in the eyelid due to mild infection. Use only clean soft white cloth for touching or cleaning the eyes. No rubbing. May use a plain antibiotic eye drops for a few days and watch
