What Causes The 15 Month Old To Keep The Head Tilted While Walking?

my son just turned 15 months old and has been walking since just after he turned 1. when he is walking he keeps head constantly leaned to the left and swings his arm in a wierd manner. also almost walks sideways toward the left and ends up always hitting that isde of his head. is that lean normal or should i be concerned.

In my opinion you should get him evaluated for hemiplegia and vision. The abnormal swing of the arm may be a hemiplegic gait. Or his vision on one side may be affected leading to such type of walking.
