What Causes Testicular Swelling After Undergoing Appendectomy?

hello, sunday the 6 of march I had my appendixs removed. since then my testical are swelling and keep swelling.I can't even sit on the toilet w/o a lot of pain, my stomach is black and blue beyond reason and the dr. will not return my calls for help.should i go see another dr.? that is my thought

Read and understood the problems.
This looks to be a complicated problem as you have undergone appendectomy and now have blue and black stomach and pain in the testicles.

This indicates to me that you have a cellulitis of the abdominal wall secondary to the infection caused at surgery.
This may be the reason for the pain in the testicles.

I would advise you the following:
Rush to the Emergency Room / nearby hospital and ask for Surgeons opinion.
Ultrasonography of the abdomen, abdominal wall and scrotum.
This will give the probable diagnosis.
You may need an admission to the hospital for intravenous fluids, antibiotic, metronidazole and symptomatic, supportive treatment.

Be ready for another Surgery related to the abdominal wall and / or the scrotal skin if required.

Proper antibiotic treatment and SOS Surgery will help you to recover fully.
