What Causes Testicular Pain When Diagnosed With Low Testosterone Levels?
Hello, I recently have been experiencing dull pain in my left testicle not much at all but when I was feeling around it feels like a vein or small tube has been enlarged and feels a bit hard but still squishy i produce very little sperm at all and have to pee everytime i wake up and have an erection as well. There is alot of full pain in my legs but this I arttributed to my back since I do have a very bad back.. I recently got tested for testosterone and was very low and have started androgel. What could be my problem?
Testicular discomfort while you feel tube like structures very likely is caused by varicocelle. You will need to see your doctor and have an ultrasound done to determine the source of discomfort and what are the structures you feel on testicular palpation. Varicocelle is more common in the left side and is easily treated with surgery. Sometimes the sperm count can improve after surgery for varicocelle.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
