What Causes Testicular Pain Post Hydrocele Surgery?

hi I had a hydrocele operation a few months back, it required an incision on the actual testicles(right side) because of failure of two other operations, after my operation I went to see my consultant for a check up, he said everything was fine, however the testicle on which was operate on was never the same shape and is very sensitive, is this normal? any info would be greately appreciated thank you

Hi, i do care for your concern.
The surgery involves removal of the superficial layer of testicular covering layer through which fluid accumulation occurs.
this results in inflammation and results in sensitivity.
need not panic as this is normal condition and eventually go away. taking pain killers would help in short term. hope everything goes fine.
