Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Causes Testicular Pain, Frequent Urination And Cuts Under Penis Head?
HEY I M A 27 YEAR OLD MALE. I HAVE HAD UNPROTECTED SEX IN THE PAST. I HAVE PAIN IN MY TESTICLES , A FREQUENT INTENSE URGE TO URINATE, THE TIP OF MY PENIS IS REALLY SENSITIVE. I VE GOT CUTS UNDER THE HEAD OF MY PENIS AND BETWEEN MY CIRCUMCISION THAT SEEM TO BE VERY SENSITIVE DURING SEX.
The pain in your testicles and the intense urge to urinate indicates that you may have an infection. I would suggest getting a urine study to assess this. As far as the cuts go, its possible that you have irritation from friction or if your partner uses an IUD, contact with that may have caused the cuts. This isn't something to worry about.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Pranav Balakrishnan, General & Family Physician
