What Causes Testicle Pain With More Pain On Palpation?

My right testicle really hurts, and it's hurt for about 2 months now. I just learned how to do a TSE a while ago, and did one now. On the bottom when i touch it, I'm not sure if I feel a lump or not, but it hurts so bad I don't want to continue doing it. I rubbed it a little to see if it is a bump, but really I can't tell... All I know is that it just hurts really really bad when I touch that spot.

Welcome to health care magic.

1.The possible cause in the case could be infection / inflammation of the testis.
2.To confirmation the diagnosis an ultrasound examination will help.
3.Ultrasound will hep to evaluate the presence of any lump, testicular parenchyma, vascularity, chord condition, vessels.
4.You need to get examined by doctor as you on your own you may not able to assess the anatomical structures.
5.Sugget to get an appointment investigated and treated accordingly.

Good luck.
