What Causes Testicle Pain And One Testicle Hanging Higher Than Other?
hey doctor, my problem is that I have a slight pain in my left testicle. My left testicle has a tube/bumpy lump on it and hangs higher than my right one,I get a achin pain in the groin/hip area occasionaly. it pains when i sit cross legged or when i wear tight jeans. could you please explain the situation.

Hi young man.
It looks you have got an infection in the testis.
The infection causes pain and swelling.
The pain causes the muscles supporting the testis to go into protective spasm.
This causes the testis to be pulled up.
This causes other symptoms.
Immediately go for consultation of a Urologist/ Surgeon
Get urine and blood reports
Ultrasonography with color doppler studies to see if this is only retraction or also torsion.
Do not be late.
