I get spells that last a couple of hours. My symptoms are tenderness on my left chest muscle, fatigue, fell like I could pass out, my left foot feels like it could fall asleep and numbness on my right hand - ring finger and pinky that comes and goes. The symptoms go away after a couple hours. Usually occur on days when I have a bowel movement, I have constipation some times that last a couple of days. The spells would occur every 6 weeks or so. They are occurring more frequently. I have been to a doctor who told me it was depression. I am not depressed. I have had them when I have been on vacation. I have gone to the ER a couple of times in last year and everything checks out OK. Any idea what this could be?
