What Causes Tenderness In Penis?

My right testicle feels tender, it s not a pain. It s more of a heavy feeling. I had back surgery so I stretch hip flexors a lot and all around back and lower core area. Could my right testicle be tender because of a the stretching and strengthening around that area?

Yes, it is possible to get pain due to stretching and exercise. Take a muscle relaxant tablet for relief. If not subsided visit a doctor for examination. All the best.
