What Causes Tenderness And Pain In The Lower Abdomen On The Left Side?

I am 57 year old male and am experiencing mild to severe tenderness and pain in lower left abdomen which is partially relieved by urination mainly in early hours of morning becoming more severe lately, my doctor has confirmed I have blood in my Urine, I also have cramping in my rectum area feeling like I need to pass a stool but don t. Am going for an ultrasound and blood tests. What is most likely cause

I had gone through your question I can understand your concern about your urinary tract related issue.

As you have specified certain signs like pain which is more during morning (when bladder is full), blood in urine and lower abdominal pain.

These symptoms are suggestive of many problems like:
1); interstitial cystitis which according my opinion is the cause of your problem.
2) Bladder stone.
3)prostitis.

To get precise diagnosis you need to do a lower abdomen scan ( USG).
