What Causes Tender Lump In Between The Abdominal Muscles?
i was injured in my ab area lifting a dresser while bent over there is a lump but only 1 I can feel between my abs and is tender to touch if I push it kinda crinkles if u kne what I mean almost like a squeaky joint in body im wondering if I just riped a mucle the lump is radious to a nickel
