General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

There can be various possibilities for the tender and warm forearm with fracture humerus:
- Hematoma post injury
- Tight compression by delux restraint for forearm position

A clinical examination is mandatory for the final diagnosis in this matter and suggestions accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
