What Causes Temporary Blindness?

I have temporary blindness, more so in the mornings or when I get up quickly. It lasts maybe about 30 seconds then eventually I can see a small hole and it will get larger until I have my vision back. There are other times that I don t lose sight BUT I feel like it is going to happen. I see a lot of black spots but doesn t completely blind me.

hello,Usually when we get up suddenly from sleeping position the effect of gravity causes the blood flow to eyes and brain reduced so we have a kind of black spots and deterioting of vision for very few seconds,to which the body adjust gradually and the vision again comes back. But if the black spots are increasing daily and the duration also is increasing and if also there is some kind of systemic illness then better to consult a doctor.
