What Causes Temporal Headaches With Dizziness And Eye Deviation?

I suffered a durall tear and was diagnosed with pcs due to a mva. Had a blood patch done several months ago which relieved the positional occipital headaches, but after the procedure developed rt temporal headaches continuously. Also have problems with balance, dizziness and my left eye deviating inward 3-6 times daily lasting for several minutes each time. I had an MRI which was negative. Saw neurologist today who injected kenalog to area but no change. I m an RN. What do you think it could be?
