What Causes Teeth Chattering,shivering In Body And Stomach Ache?

Hello,My daughter often comes in at night teeth chattering, shivering body, complaining of a stomach ache saying she is in pain and wants to die. Then she poops and she feels a teeny bit better but then she doesn't want to lay down and her stomach still hurts. Not sure what to do. She goes to sleep just fine and it's always around midnight that this starts to happen. Any ideas?
