What Causes Syringoma All Over My Forehead And On Temples?

I have syringoma all over my forehead and down on my temples. I would like to get rid of them without any huge procedures. Makeup seems to make it show more instead of masking it. I do not make enough money to have any procedures. These bumps are not really raised because I got microdermabrasion done and now I am using retinal cream.

Hi. Syringoma are benign growth of eccrine glands (sweat glands). There is no drug to control it. Medical treatments are largely unsatisfactory. One of the cheaper alternative is electrocautery. Also, use sun protective measures. Photo exposure is known to aggravate syringoma. Hope it helps.
