What Causes Symptoms Similar To A Heart Attack?
I had a heart attack in 2014 and then 2017 both with similar symptoms, I had an angiogram done both times and took numerous of test like stress test echo gram Lexi test and everything came back normal no blocked arteries or damage to my heart, so are these heart attacks I m having or something else?

It can be severe gastric reflux which can present like cardiac pain. You can take antacids like Pantoprazole or Omeprazole for symptomatic relief. If symptoms persist, you can consult a physician and get evaluated.
