What Causes Swollen Tongue Lumps And Swollen Neck Lymph Nodes?

2 weeks ago I had very bad lower back pain on my right side and could barely get out of bed,I was given muscle relaxers which helped abit.They were I think giving me dry mouth but then I realized I had a very swollen lymph on the right side of my throat, I went to dr and he said it was environmental and gave me a wash witch seem to help abit.but now I have red swollen lumps on the back of my tongue and swollen lymph nodes in neck again

Hello. You made have got an infection of the tonsils. Kindly take ibuprofen for pain relief and got to the ER for taking swab for culture sensitivity. Antibiotics may have to be started according to the report. Strep throat has to be ruled out.
